Business Development Leader | Consumer Tech & Pro-Audio | GTM Strategy & Partnerships

I translate complex market data, competitive dynamics, and sell-through trends into actionable retail and business strategies.

My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and operations—where understanding how to scale a business and expand channels is as important as the product itself. I specialize in synthesizing fragmented market inputs into robust financial models, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and channel plans that drive meaningful product attach rates and revenue growth.

At WaveDNA, a generative music technology company, I served as the Managing Director of Business Operations & Strategy. During a critical transition period, I partnered directly with investors to lead the company through a massive financial restructure, successfully avoiding insolvency. Stepping into the resulting operational void, I managed end-to-end business operations for a decade, aligning product roadmaps with aggressive revenue targets and spearheading the global launch of our software portfolio across cross-functional teams.

My foundation in the audio industry runs deep. Earlier in my career at Avid Technology, I managed high-value Canadian reseller partnerships, serving as the critical interface between local sales initiatives and worldwide business teams within the pro-audio ecosystem.

Today, through ThaliaBMG, I act as a strategic management consultant for creative-tech and SaaS organizations. I help leadership teams clarify their business strategies, identify market whitespace, and build scalable performance reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into business health.

I am passionate about the intersection of technology, audio, and strategic growth, and I am currently exploring senior business development opportunities where I can drive strategic partnerships, navigate complex operational challenges, and expand market footprint at scale.
