For the past decade, I served as de facto COO of WaveDNA, a generative music technology firm, running executive operations for a distributed team of 15+ across R&D, engineering, product, and commercial functions. I led the company through a critical restructuring, managed a $5M investment bridge, and orchestrated product planning through six major releases of a patented algorithmic engine.
I specialize in being the “connective tissue” between technical teams and executive leadership—synthesizing complexity into clear narratives, establishing operating cadences with documented decisions, and navigating the gaps between functions to ensure alignment.
Before WaveDNA, I was part of the founding executive team and spent five years at Avid Technology in the Media & Entertainment space.
